Hi

Backup Exec and Veritas Netbackup are two separate products.
This error doesn't look like error message from MML layer.

First of all can you see that backup set BE_oflfe2j6_1_1 in Backup
Exec repository ?

Did you try to run RMAN in debug mode ?
