Oracle is not easy and is NEVER error free. If that's what you are looking
for, you will never find it. Each environment is a little different and
requires you the administrator to fail, learn, and adapt.
If you want help, you've chosen the right place but the experts here need a
problem to solve. You assertion that the 'scan name in tnsnames.ora will
surely fail' is not a problem to solve. Post the errors that you are
running into so that your readers can help you find a solution.

I believe in blog, there are some typos in tnsnames,ora, I am searching
for the concept ,see in the doc "scan name" is used in tnsnames.ora which
will fail surely during RMAN active duplication process for standby as I
have seen from my past experiences.
I agree with you there are plenty write ups about the same but none of
them is error free.
