Andre is correct. Sending feedback from a note always automatically
creates a "Feedback Only" or "Non-technical" SR. In the regular Flash
MOS, you need to click the small pencil icon to go to non-technical SRs.
In HTML MOS, it's easier because it's an obvious drop-down called SR
Type.
The email sent to you no longer gives you the direct access URL to the
SR as Metalink used to do. For your convenience, if you want direct access,
you can fill in your SR at
http://yong321.freeshell.org/oranotes/MOS.html
and click "Show SR".
