Phillip,
I agree with you, but the scenario is complex even as I spoke. There are
many objects locked.
My concern is : all locked objects should be released when the transaction
ended and the refresh of the materialized view should occur in sequence ...
But this is not happening ... everything is stopped and only killing the
sections is releasing.
