Depending on your data dictionary accessibility and sql skills, you
could generate the commands to create the tables and scripts, if you can
generate the text files to load them.

SQL Loader/External tables can work with any DB assuming you can get
text files out of your old sources. Of course the downside is that you
have to manually create tables and scripts.
