Asktom.com doesn't have any obligation to respond in timely fashion and
doesn't track incidents. You cannot call Asktom and require your question
to be reassigned. Amazon has both forums, which is the word usually used to
describe sites like Asktom, and support. Amazon AWS is available at
https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport. You should contact
http://www.theonion.com for Oracle support and upload your logs to that
site. I am sure that they can answer all of your questions appropriately.
But I see there are some questions not answers more than one year ago.

I got the impression that is not really as good as it seems.
And in a emergency you are not going to receive the support as soon as
you need, or not enough qualified.
