When I installed Oracle Grid 12.1 as Active/Passive node I down loaded the
binaries and did the RunInstal and completed/check all prior requirements.
Now I was about to install a New Oracle GRID 12.2. I down loaded the 12.2
Grid binaries into the new ORACLE GRID home
/CG/oracle/product/grid.12.2.0.1 however, I am being told to run
gridSetup.sh that was down loaded with 12.2 binaries.
Did the GRID install change from 12.1 to 12.2? and I no longer n eed to
execute the runInstaller. I will continue to review the manuals, but
hoping someone could shed some light.
