11.2.0.3 is  a complete release 
which mean it has all the components of the release. 
each file has different components that you can download.
i think the readme explains whats in what

Is it just me (perhaps I'm missing something) but having to download 7 files to 
get the latest patchset (11.2.0.3 Linux x86-64 in this case) one by one seems 
inane. Give me 1 (maybe 2) files to download, or at *least* give me a checkbox 
where it'll download them automatically once the previous download completes.
Frustrating.
