Hi Helmut!
It is quite simple. Just reinstall Grid control
OR
Take a look in documentation
OR
. /u01/vjv/oracle/product/setOEM10
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus /nolog<<EOF
connect / as sysdba
startup
EOF
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl start em
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl start oms
$ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl startproc ias-component=WebCache
. /u01/vjv/oracle/product/setAgent
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl start agent
