You could try to use: opatch lsinventory -detail
In the output you will get a list of installed products. It is not a 1 to 1
mapping, but should provide the needed information.

Subject: How to find Oracle Packs already installed

What is a quick way to find (thru SQL or otherwise) all the packs
(partitioning, diagnostic etc.) that are installed in a database on a given
server?

-Thanks
