How to create a database instance with ADG in Oracle public cloud - DBaaS

Hi Lists:
I knew there are lot of ACE Directors here whom been granted a 1 year
Oracle DBaaS trial period.
I’m wondering if is there anyone succed to create a new DBaaS service with
ADG?
When I create a new database with Data Guard, even there’s a option there,
but the checkbox is always grey even I choose extreme performance service.
ADG should be supported according to the service README as below:
Extreme Performance: In-Memory Database, RAC (Real Application Clusters),
Active Data Guard, Multitenant, Partitioning, Real Application Testing,
Advanced Compression, Advanced Security, Label Security, Database Vault,
OLAP, Advanced Analytics, Spatial and Graph, Diagnostics Pack, Tuning Pack,
Database Lifecycle Management Pack, Data Masking & Subsetting Pack and
Cloud Management Pack for Oracle Database.
