Nullius in verba is an alternative form of an old Latin proverb "nihil
in verbis", which means, literally, "nothing is in the words". The
meaning of this is "language cannot describe everything". It is also
the motto of Royal Mathematical Society, the same one that the guy
with penchant for apples, apple trees and related forces used to
belong to. I wonder whether Cary is a Britt? Sometimes, his sense of
humor makes me think that he is.
