Paula,

I know you also have DTS available from you SQL Server side of life.  I've used 
it with some success in the past to move data from Oracle into Access/Jet.  
Just check the datatype mappings and you should be fine (e.g. only 32-bit 
integers in Jet, small varchar limit, etc.)
