Hardware config required

Hi All,
We are looking for a best configuration for IBM P7 server on which we are 
planning to install Oracle 11g as a database. We need to have best recommended 
configuration which should provide best performance while approx 600 users 
would be working. They will access the Oracle DB using ODAC through the 
Application server. Please suggest.
