What is not obvious is why you care.
Is this a canned app written in a sub-optimal manner?
Sub-optimally generated code?
Something else?
What's wrong with that code? Looks fine to me. Maybe not the best but nothing
wrong with it.
Easily understandable.
Here's some sub-optimal code, final where clause in a production query
and (('True' = 'True') or ("ENV_ORDER_HEADER"."ORDER_ID" in ('False')))
ORDER_ID is numeric
12 years I've been trying to get it fixed.
Sigh :(
I wouldn't grumble if I were you. It can get much worse, much much worse
