Generic Alert Log Error Status incident created in EM12C

On one of our databases, EM 12C created an incident for the Generic Alert Log
Error Status alert. How do I clear/close this incident. EM12C just states
that it will be cleared automatically when the condition clears but what will
cause it to clear?
