So, a 4K agblksize and 8K DB_BLOCK_SIZE?

Interesting!  I wonder how the VMAX compares with the XIV for performance. 
I don't think I'll be using any undocumented parameters, but your setup
seems to work very well for you from those numbers.

How many members in your redolog groups?
