[EXTERNAL]-Enterprise Manager plugin for SQL Server vs stand alone products

We are predominantly an Oracle shop with a few SQL Server systems. Can someone
elaborate on how the Enterprise Manager plugin compares with the standalone
products provided by other vendors. Is it worth considering?
