Install cygwin from http://www.cygwin.com and then download and
install MIME::Lite from CPAN. I believe that you will some better
alternatives then DOS scripting. Also, I believe that a better
alternative could be found at http://www.activestate.com. You can 
also install MIME::Lite on Active Perl. Here it is:

Entering interactive shell. Using Term::ReadLine::Stub as readline library.

Type 'help' to get started.
