I'm trying to upgrade from Enterprise Manager 13.4 to 13.5. I went through the
install process and that succeeded. Now I'm trying to run the ConfigureGC.sh
script. It gets to the "Executing database-related prerequisite checks. Wait
for a moment..." screen and hangs there. I let it run for an hour and nothing
happened. It just sits there, spinning. I can't close the window. The only
way to get out of it is to kill the process in the O/S and exit out of
x-windows.
Has anyone run into this before and, if so, how did you fix it?
This is running on Red Hat 8, Oracle 19.17 database.
Thank you,
