The easiest way is to create a script called connect.sql and then call that rather than the standard connect from the prompt. How to get a dynamic prompt in SQL*PLUS? I have put the code to set prompt as "Username@Db_name SQL>" in login.sql, the prompt is stationary. It doesn't change if I connect as a different user. How to make it dynamic?
