Subject: Drop database and RMAN backup

Hi all,

Does anyone know how backups of a dropped database registered in its own
recovery catalog can be deleted?

I want to say if I drop a database how can I be sure that backups are
automatically marked as obsolete and may be deleted from tape (I use TSM) ?

Thanks
Ste
