Re: Database Time Spent Waiting

I'm following up on this post in case anybody else sees a similar
issue. Oracle support couldn't tell me why my alerts are for zero values.
They stated that since these were not default thresholds, they recommended
that I remove them, which I will do.  I was referred to note 744115.1, but I
wasn't using EM.
I wasn't entirely happy with their answer.  I suspect our customer was
fiddeling around with the EM GUI at one point in a seed database, then they
propagated that seed database to various other databases.  Hence the same
alerts in numerous databases on the same box.
