You will have to catagorize docs for that ask below questions to your self
and use any tool you want
0 what kind of info is expected from your client
1 what kind of info is expected from your internal client
2 to give above info what sort of info a dba will require
3 and some doc that informs what practices or procedures or tools used to
prepare above info

The tools in the market can give reports from certain areas of databases and
instances but not above these type of docs dba has to develope

I am just trying to figure out how well I can organize the details. Guess
making an entry for each instance ( os user ) is convinient.
