Restore a backup to the new server and then ship archive logs and apply them
for recovery up until the current online log, then kick all users out of the
old server, archive the current log, shutdown the old server and ship the last
log to the new server, then apply for recovery and startup the new database,
redirect users and let them into the new database.

Regards,
Brandon
