Or, alternatively, use fdisk to create DOS partition. If your windows is installed
on disk C:, use fdisk C:, then delete the primary partition, if it's not a FAT partition
and create the new primary partition as FAT32. Then boot of the DOS floppy and type "sys C:".
Your DOS command prompt is here. Such procedure will also lower the number of questions
like this on the oracle list.
