The whole post was like:
Hi,
on our 10.2.0.3 4 node RAC , we got problem with dbms_stats on
partition level (granulity => partition) .
When using dbms_stats.gather_object_stats , a library cache lock is held
for 10 minutes , but sometimes
there is almost instant execution. and rest from above quote :).
