RE: DBMS_SERVICE create service/start_service and DB Restarts doesn't start service

Yes we are using ASM and Oracle restart.
Everything starts up fine except for the service and I'm thinking I need to add
it to the SERVICE_NAMES parameter of the db so that it starts it automatically.
