I was looking over the xml file created when exporting a pluggable db, and
it looks like it should be possible to create one by hand. Has anyone tried
this? I am trying to figure out which entries are mandatory, and what are
not. I could see some circumstances where the overarching CDB has issues,
but the pdb is probably fine...
