The SAs only use puppet to deploy anything. If they can't do it in puppet,
they refuse to do it.
I tried resecuring the agent, that didn't work. I had the SA reinstall and it
found it, but is now saying it's misconfigured.

Subject: RE: Cloud Control 13c Agent Issue
When you say packaged up and installed, what process did you use?
After deleting from OEM, did you reinstall the agent or resecure?

Subject: Cloud Control 13c Agent Issue
We are trying to deploy Cloud Control 13c (13.2). I installed everything on
our Cloud Control server. The SA has packaged up the agent directory and
installed it on a client server (both are Red Hat 7). There were errors with
the agent communicating with Cloud Control.
I tried deleting the agent from Cloud Control, which worked. Then we got the
agent "working" on the client side, but I can't get it back in Cloud Control.
When I try to add it manually, it just tells me that it will be automatically
added when the agent talks to it, but that isn't happening. How can I get it
to talk to the agent that now seems to be running? This is very frustrating.
The status says that it is good, with the exception of the Last Reload, which
says (none). The Collection Status is Collections enabled, the Heartbeat
Status is ok.
