newsletter issue.
There are only two remaining honest-to-goodness hard-copy newsletters
published by Oracle users groups in North America: the Rocky Mtn Oracle
Users Group HERE <http://www.rmoug.org/newsletter/> and the Northern
California Oracle Users Group HERE <http://nocoug.org/newsletter.html>.
This is a great way for someone to get their name established in the
community by being published in a peer-reviewed industry journal.

interesting! RMOUG publishes the newsletter in hard-copy (you get
several) and online HERE
