Calculate additional space needed to reduce percent used on a tablespace

Oracle 11.2 EE

I need to calculate how much additional space is needed on a tablespace to
reduce the percentage used from 75% to 60%.  We have autoextend on  for the
datafiles belonging to this tablespace so the maxsize needs to be taken
into account.

Current Values:
Max_blocks = 1,024,000
Blocks_used = 771,952
Pct_used = 75.39

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
