Yes.  when you unzip the cpu, all the patches underneath form their own 
directories.  Those patches look the same as previous cpu's.  When I try and 
search for them individually in metalink, I can't find them to see if maybe 
they had been updated, hence the generic question to the list.

I applied the January patch in February.  But the list looks pretty much the 
same for CPUApril2009 and CPUJuly2009 releases.

If you have already applied a CPU patch there is no need to reapply it.  I am 
not sure which Oracle product you are referring to but I know with E-Business 
Suite the same patch has been listed in a couple of releases.   Which product 
and OS is it in your case?
