That means that every Red Hat product is also an IBM product. So, Ansible is
an IBM product. The veracity of that statement, of course, depends on what
the meaning of "is" is. The verb "to be", of which "is" is just a form, is
central to the English language. So the famous Clinton's sophism can be
reformulated as "to be or not to be, that is the question now". However,

Also, there is another competitor in the race called "chef", which I have
also encountered in the field. Chef is a more of a commercial product than
Puppet or Ansible. Here is an article, admittedly not a very good one, which

I like Ansible because it doesn't require any agents. The configuration files
are JSON and Ansible is wildly popular. There are many YT training clips
which will get you started in no time at all.
