You can setup auto discovery but I don't know if that will allow automatic
promotion as well.
Another, maybe better option is to use the agentpull method in combination
with emcli to perform the necessary steps to intall the agent, and publish
it (and its targets in oem).
This way you control everything much more and still automate it.
