Any guesses on 11.2.0.4 release date?

Way back in 2012 speculation was that 11.2.0.4 on Linux might be available at
or around OOW 2012.
Other guesses were that it might more likely be somewhere around the early
January 2013 date.
Of course major testing will be needed since it will be much different that
11.2.0.3.x ...
Just kind of wondering at what point in 2013 ( ??? 2014 ) this is likely to
complicate things.
