This brings up a good question that many of us in our shop have been wondering. How does one define "most stable"? Inherently with new features (and new bug fixes), there are bound to be new problems, which decreases stability. It has been our experience that our 8.1.7.4 database has been more "stable" than 9.2.0.6 (we gave up on 9.2.0.7 and the rumored 9.2.0.8). ________________________________ From: oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:oracle-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of VIVEK_SHARMA Sent: Monday, April 24, 2006 2:53 AM To: Oracle-L Subject: Advisable 9.2.0.?
