Hi

I did a few tests with Riyaj's help and conlcuded that we wont waste space,
the limit imposed by *v$asm_diskgroup.required_mirror_free_mb* is not a
HARD limit, just s soft limit just that when we pass that limit when one
disk fails we would have to resynch the entire failgroup
