What if Oracle really execute sql queries as of COMMIT (on disk) SCN at that
point in time instead of current SCN (for select queries only, but not for
inserts/updates/deletes and select for updates), which is what it should be
doing in the first place anyway? Then this problem wouldn't occur.
Any thoughts from others on this?
