ACFS On RAC for Application Files

Hi,

There is a use case for a clustered file system for upload/download of
3000-4000 large files on a daily basis on RAC 12Cr1 deployed on AIX.

It is extremely critical system and I am thinking  I would want to keep the
application files outside ASM+ ACFS and possibly implement GPFS.

Wanted to know if there are any good/bad/neutral  feedback on ACFS on 12c
R1. We might consider ACFS if there any non technical constraints on using
GPFS
