Hi,
This year we have lot databases from 12.2 to 19c with semi transient
rolling upgrade method using data guard to upgrade near zero downtime,
all automated via jenkins with ansible code everything with out manual
steps.
Only 19.3/19.4/19.5 bug after upgrade with the oracle unified audit
