11gR2 GI autostart

All,
Do we need to do anything to automate the oracle restart bring up th GI
stack .
right now everytime I end up doing
crsctl start has
crsctl enable has
even though i have these defined as below
crsctl modify resource "ora.cssd" -attr "AUTO_START=1" -init
crsctl modify resource "ora.diskmon" -attr "AUTO_START=1" -init
crsctl modify resource "ora.LISTENER.lsnr" -attr "AUTO_START=1" -init
crsctl modify resource "ora.asm" -attr "AUTO_START=1"
