Jared,

Sometimes, Oracle is being installed on Windows too!

Author,

Try to use sqlpusw.exe! Ctrl+C works there like pie (you are loosing arrow up&down feature though).. There is always something to sacrifice :))

When running sqlplus.exe under Windows, is there any method to prevent Ctrl-C from completely terminating the session? On Linux/ Unix it only (at worst) terminates the current command, but under windows it completely kills sqlplus... dumping you back to the CMD prompt or closing the window, depending upon how it was started.

Any reason you don't just run the scripts from a linux box?

Speaking only for myself, when given the choice (most of the time)
admin scripts are run from a linux box.
