11g R2 RAC node eviction log details missing

Hi
Did someone encountered the issue where all 5 nodes got evicted but no log
details as why it happened is recorded? This is 11g R2 5-Node RAC on RHat
linux.It happen when SAn Team is working on Storage linked to OCR/Voting Disk.
I checked cssd,crsd and CRS/Grid infra Alert log but nothing except the gap of
about 25-30 minute in all logs.
Please update if I had to look for any other logs on CRS/Grid Infra side. OS
logs shows some SCSI errors but SA/SAN team are not ready to take that this is
issue on their end and pointing that Oracle has caused all the outage and
reboot.
