I am getting email alerts when the Agent is down, i.e. agent unreachable. When agent starts, get another email alert that alert is cleared. However, I do not receive any other email alerts, i.e. blocking session. The OMS Console shows the alert but no email. Already tried subscribing to rules. Support is still looking into it.
