Picked latch-free SCN scheme 2
KCCDEBUG_LEVEL = 0
Using LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1 parameter default value as
/u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_1/dbs/arch
Autotune of undo retention is turned off.
LICENSE_MAX_USERS = 0
SYS auditing is disabled
