[Q] 10.2.0.3 dbua not display under Redhar AS 4.4???

We have ORACLE 10.2.0.3 on Redhat AS 4.4. I tried to
use "dbua" to upgrade database and "dbua" either not
display or show first screen (initializing) then hang
in there.
Does nayone know why?
