WEB ADI Hangs After Clicking on Upload

Hi,
We are using Web based ADI (Application Desktop Integrator) for Creating JVs
in GL.
It was working fine, when the user uses the same excel template file to
upload from another machine it hangs and he has to kill it from the Task
Manager.
Navigation - In the Excel Template - Oracle -> Upload -> Key in usre name &
pwd -> Upload.
Note : It is Web ADI not the client based one.
Still, Is there any setup to be done in the Client machine ?
