Updating SSL Cert in 11i?

Hello All,
I'm in the process of updating the SSL cert for 11i (11.5.10.2) for the first
time. We have our certs signed by Thawte and thus automatically generated
annually. We just received our new one to carry us through 2008. I simply made
a copy of our old Apache server.crt, copied the new cert text into server.crt
and bounced Apache. It appears that the new cert took effect without any errors
and I am able to use forms.
My question lies in the CA file. Last year, a consultant updated this as well.
It's not clear to me if I need to touch this file or not? Does anyone have any
experience with updating the server.crt file? Do you usually also update the
CA.crt? If so, what is the process? I couldn't find a good looking note in
MetaLink.
