Check the disk space for the database/archivelogs, with the database
redologs unable to switch.

Validate that you can login as APPS using sqlplus. Odds are that either
the APPS account is locked due to failed logins or maybe the archiver
may be stuck... So that is where I would start...

kindly help here.....
*All of a sudden all service components in production have stopped with
error including the workflow mailer.*
FNDSM log file has the following error in the log file ;
Cause: reg_db_info failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin
FND_CP_FNDSM.register_fndsm_db(:o, :c, :i); end; and was executed from
the file &ERRFIL E.
24-MAR-2009 16:52:24 - ORACLE error 1012 in init_cartridge
Cause: init_cartridge failed due to ORA-01012: not logged on.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin
FND_CP_GSM_IPC.Init_Cartridge; end; and was executed from the file
&ERRFILE.
The call to function StartProcess in cartridge AQCART has failed.

Kindly give your solutions ASAP as this is production & is critical.
